Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with The Willows Wanaka Apartments you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
All rates are shown per unit and per night in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
The Willows Wanaka Apartments reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at any stage if our terms and conditions are not met.
You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation.
All reservations require a current and valid credit card. We reserve the right to pre-authorise, take payment or do the necessary checks on the card provided. If a deposit is not paid and/or a credit card is declined the reservation will be cancelled.
All reservations must include the correct number of guests staying (including all children).
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years old can stay per apartment in a cot/crib. This should be requested upon booking and will incur an extra charge per stay. It needs to be confirmed by management depending on availability.
Payment for your booking is required in full at the time of making your reservation and your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of making the reservation.
Cancellations before 14 days of the scheduled arrival date may incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date isn’t refundable. A “no show” will be treated as a late cancellation.
Changes to the reservation term may result in changes to the quoted rate/s and may constitute a late cancellation and the associated charges.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
After 5pm, all guests can self check-in. Instructions will be sent by email along with the reservation confirmation. The keys will be left in our after-hours key lock box. All accommodation must be paid for prior to arrival.
Check-out must be by 10am on the day of departure. Keys should be left in the designated key lock box.
Damage to the property should be reported immediately.
Any extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our rooms or property to its normal condition will be charged, this includes damage caused by hair dyes and spray tans. A charge for any resulting loss of income may also be applicable.
Theft of the apartment’s property will be charged.
We have a strict no smoking policy for all of our rooms. There are no exceptions and an in room smoking charge of $300 will apply.
Fire Alarm Activation
In the event that a guest either, maliciously or accidentally through irresponsible behaviour, activates our fire alarm, The Willows Wanaka Apartments reserves the right to charge or partly charge any false alarm call out fee that is invoiced to us by the NZ Fire and Emergency Service.
Visitors are permitted at the discretion of management, but we do not allow large, noisy gatherings or parties in our rooms.
Due to health regulations we cannot allow pets in our rooms.
The Willows Wanaka Apartments reserves the right to use guest details and feedback acquired during their stay for our own purposes unless specifically requested by the guest that we do not do so.
The Willows Wanaka Apartments will not be in breach of any agreement or liable in any way, if we are prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and any other related services by any reason of “Act of God”, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law or Government Order, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of property’s management.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
The Willows Wanaka Apartments reserves the right to remove guests from our property if these terms and conditions are breached.
